What to Expect in Individual Coaching Sessions Strengthening the Healthy, Core Part of You In each session, we focus on developing the strongest, most grounded parts of you — the parts that want healing, stability, and long-term freedom. As these parts grow, they can begin to take on the roles your eating disorder is currently playing, creating room for healthier ways of coping. Challenging Harmful Thoughts We’ll practice gently challenging disordered thoughts and replacing them with more compassionate, realistic ones. You’ll also learn practical coping tools that support emotional balance and help you handle difficult moments more constructively. Setting Safe, Achievable Goals Every week, we’ll choose small, manageable goals that help you step outside your comfort zone at a pace that feels safe for you. As you follow through, you’ll gather evidence that change is possible — building confidence and momentum in your recovery. Recovering Toward a Meaningful Life Recovery isn’t only about what you’re moving away from. It’s also about the life you’re moving toward. Together, we’ll explore your values, hopes, and long-term vision so your recovery has a clear and meaningful direction.
