I work alongside your existing therapist or doctor to provide the hands-on support that traditional clinical settings often can't reach.

Recovery doesn't just happen in a 50-minute session once a week. It happens at 7:00 PM on a Tuesday when the urge to binge feels like a tidal wave. It happens on Saturday morning when the mirror feels like an enemy. I’m there for the 'messy middle'—the hours between therapy sessions where the hardest choices are made.
